Order Tracking

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Where your tracking number is

When your order leaves our US warehouse, the carrier scans the parcel and a tracking number is emailed to you automatically. That email comes from us, not from the carrier, so it is less likely to be filed as spam — but check your spam folder anyway, because it does happen.

Tracking is sent to the email address you used at checkout. If you checked out as a guest, that is still where it goes.

What the statuses mean

What you see What is actually happening
Order received Your order is in our system. Nothing has shipped yet.
Processing / awaiting dispatch We are picking and packing. This is the 3–5 business day window.
Label created The parcel is packed and the label is printed. The carrier has not scanned it yet — tracking will not move until they do.
In transit It is moving. Scans can lag by a day or two, especially over weekends.
Out for delivery It is on a vehicle today.
Delivered Check around the property and with neighbours first — most “missing” parcels resolve within a day.

Send us the details and we will chase it with the carrier for you. Use this form if your tracking has not arrived, has stopped moving for five business days, or says delivered when it is not.

Please allow one business day for a reply. If the parcel has genuinely stopped moving, we open a carrier enquiry on your behalf rather than asking you to do it.
