Terms of Service
About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with us. By browsing the site or buying from it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy, and it becomes a contract when we confirm it. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or the listed price or description was clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full — we would contact you first rather than silently leaving you waiting.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and tax, both of which are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our payment provider. We do not store card details on this site.
Product information and sizing
We describe hose by inside diameter, because that is the measurement that matters. Sizes quoted on this site are accurate for the products we sell, but the machine you are repairing is your responsibility to check.
- Always measure the old line before ordering, or ask us to confirm against your machine’s brand and model.
- Fuel line is a wear item that hardens over time, especially when exposed to ethanol-blended fuel. Replacement intervals depend on your fuel and your machine, not on us.
- Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a part is approved by, endorsed by, or supplied by any equipment manufacturer. Part numbers and brand names, where they appear, are used only to describe what a part fits.
Using this site
Please do not scrape, copy, or resell the content of this site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful. The text, images, layout and code on this site belong to us and are protected by copyright.
Limitation of liability
We sell hardware. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, by using a hose in an application it is not made for, or by a machine failing for reasons unrelated to the part we supplied.
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
A note on the two product lines. Our black rubber line is made for fuel. Our silicone line is for air, vacuum and coolant only, and must not be exposed to fuel — silicone swells and breaks down on contact with petrol or diesel. Choosing the right line for the job is part of using the product correctly.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you which version is current.
