Returns & Refunds

The short version

30 days, unused and uncut, no restocking fee. If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or simply do not need it, send it back within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you.

What can come back

• Unused hose in its original bundle. The kit must be intact — all sizes present, clamps included.
• Anything we sent in error. Wrong item, wrong size, damaged in transit.

What cannot come back

• Hose that has been cut. Once a length is cut it cannot be re-sold, and we cannot tell how it was stored.
• Hose that has carried fuel. For the same reason, and for safety.
• Partial kits. If one size out of six is missing, we cannot refund the kit.

If you are not sure whether your item still qualifies, ask us first — it is a shorter conversation than posting something back and being told no.

Who pays return shipping

For a change of mind or a wrong size ordered, the return postage is the customer’s, and we ask that it is sent back from a US address. If the fault is ours — we shipped the wrong item, or it arrived damaged — we cover it and we will tell you how when you contact us.

How to start a return

Send us a message with two things:

1. Your order number (it is in your confirmation email).
2. Which item, and the reason.

We reply with the return address and a short note of what to include. Please do not post anything back before you have that, because parcels sent to the wrong address cannot be tracked.

How long the refund takes

We inspect the parcel when it arrives and refund to the original payment method. Cards and payment accounts typically show the refund within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider — that part is out of our hands once we have released it.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, the usual route is: send the unused kit back for a refund, and place a fresh order for the size you need. That is faster than a swap, and it means you are not waiting on two parcels at once.
