Shipping Policy

Where your order ships from

Every order ships from a fulfillment center in the United States. Nothing is shipped from overseas, and there is no customs paperwork for you to deal with.

How long before it ships

Orders are picked, packed and handed to the carrier within 3–5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If you ordered over a weekend, the clock starts on the next business day.

Shipping cost and tax

Shipping is free within the United States — the price shown on the product page is the total you pay for delivery, with no minimum order. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.

We ship to US addresses only. Orders with a delivery address outside the United States cannot be completed at checkout.

We do not add handling fees, and there is no minimum order.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email the moment the carrier scans the parcel. That email comes from us, not from the carrier, so it will not be filtered as spam as often.

If it has been a business day and you have not received tracking, tell us — something went wrong on our end and we will chase it.

Changing an address

If you need to change the delivery address, contact us before the parcel ships. Once it is with the carrier we cannot change it; you would need to work with the carrier directly.

If something goes wrong

The tracking has not moved in several days

Carrier scans sometimes lag. If tracking has not updated for five business days, send us the order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

The parcel says delivered but you do not have it

Check around the property and with neighbours first, as most of these resolve within a day. If it does not, contact us and we will start a claim. Please do this within 30 days of the delivery scan, because that is the window the carriers give us.

The parcel arrived damaged

Photograph the box and the contents before unpacking further, then send us the photos. We replace damaged items rather than asking you to sort it out with the carrier.
